I will arrange and fund the works. An upfront guaranteed purchase price is agreed you are happy with, work carried out, then remarketed at the new market value. 

The property will be refurbished to a high standard that is survey compliant.

Once a sale is agreed,  on completion you will receive the agreed purchase price. I will recover the refurb costs from the sale, any funds remaining from the proceeds will be retained.
