The property will be refurbished to a high standard that is survey compliant.
Once a sale is agreed, on completion you will receive the agreed purchase price. We will recover the refurbishment costs from the sale, any funds remaining from the proceeds will be retained.
This is great if you are tired of receiving low offers, fed up wasting time holding viewings, and don't have the funds to carryout the refurb , we will cover these.
